A few weeks ago I had a good sort out and threw away most of my old knickers. I bought myself a load of lovely new pairs and none of them are comfortable!! I wear a size 20-22 in jeans, so bought 24-26 as I've found undies to run small. Every single pair is tight around the legs- the pair I've had on today have rubbed me raw where the elastic sits on my leg.

I have- boyshort style ones from Yours. Horrible. Dug in around the leg and just generally uncomfortable.

Full briefs from Bon Marche. These are the ones that have rubbed me. Also not very nice fabric.

Full briefs from M&S. Tight and uncomfortable!

The last comfy knickers I bought were from Asda but they don't seem to sell them now! Do I need a bigger size again? Where can I find nice soft cotton undies without razor wire for elastic?

Thank you!

Try John Lewis own label cotton pants. To me they're like the old basic cotton knickers M&S used to do. I think they come in multi packs of black, white and nude and different styles. They seem to last forever. Not very sexy buy very comfortable.

These are the ones. I'm sorry I didn't check first but they seem only to go up to size 16 online.

The best knickers are from Primark, I think. Cotton with a lace trim. Whenever I've gone in recently they only seem to have them in size 22 so you might be in luck.
