My hair needs help!!

I have fine hair but lots of it. It's around bra strap length at the moment which I like.

It is however in terrible condition. My second daughter is a year old today and the post baby hair loss has really taken its toll on my locks. It's all different lengths from growing back and it's greasy at the roots and dry and split at the ends.
Does anyone have any good products they can suggest to help? I usually need to wash it every second day at the moment (was every five days when pregnant). It goes so greasy so quickly. I've tried sulphate and silicone free shampoo and conditioner but find they just make the ends dry and I don't get any longer between washes.

I can't afford anything too expensive. I've tried coconut oil etc too and tried the baking soda and vinegar method.
