Help me! How do I find dresses like this?!

I got some cheap H&M dresses in the summer. They had peter pan-style collars and short sleeves, and were quite short. The key thing was the sort-of panelling in the material - they're quite tight fitting until they flare, so it suits my body shape. I've attached a photo.

I need some more, preferably with quick delivery. H&M seems to have nothing similar. Has anyone seen anything similar? Preferably not too expensive, but at this rate, I'll be working naked...

Have you ever heard of ShopStyle? I've typed in Peter Pan Dresses and it shows you all of the ones available to buy in the UK :-) I see a lot of cheap ones that look identical to the ones you want. You can even set a budget, I put £25.00 and there was loads available for that price.
