make up for sister

I need to get my sister who will be 14 a birthday present.
She's really into her make up at the minute and loves the expensive stuff.
I'll spend up to £30 but don't really want to spend that on 1 mascara as wrapped up looks nothing.
My mum got her advanced techniques brushes for xmas which was what I would of got her.
Any ideas..
