Which dress for my 30th!

My 30th is coming up soon, looking for something cute for celebrations. Not having a party as such, but having a weekend away with some friends and heading out for dinner and drinks and then going to france with himself! So really, this dress can be used for both celebrations. What I look like: pale as heck, dark brown hair, size 8-10. I was looking at asos and saw these pretties, but not sure if they are a bit formal and wedding-y, (the pink one is a long shot, but so cute I think!) Any advice?

Ha ha, the power of mumsnet, the grey blue dress is gone in my size and nearly every size (including mine) is gone in those shoes! Remind me to buy first post later again! After a bit more looking it was between that swishy pink dress-gorgeous! And a more structured navy closet dress which I think I've settled on. I'm on the ASOS app now so can't link but the grey dress is chi chi.

I actually love the bright pink dress! I'm pale and I would wear that! I think your 30th is a great excuse to wear something you love!

Was going to say the grey one OP but see it's sold out now! How annoying! Not massively keen on the others tbh or the most recent one either (sorry).

I did look at that one alright, it's lovely, I really like closet dresses. If the one I ordered doesn't work it might be a goer! And I agree superb, I think the pink dress is fab!

In fact I've gone and ordered it, just to try on. My cousin is getting married in April so that could be an excuse...

I might look daft in it though as I am over 40...
