Work boots

Grateful for any help. I've just started back to work after a break and looking for black ankle boots to wear. Something not too high heel and that I can wear with dresses and opaque tights.

I am a lawyer so tend to dress head to toe black but mostly office based so something with a black dress or pencil skirt but that would be ok if I was to throw a jacket on and head to court.

Anyone seen anything nice without being crazy high or very mum boot.

I have some for work that I wear with black leggings/trousers. I got them from New Look. Let me try and find a photo.

Something like this? They come in a variety of colours and 3 sizes. I can vouch for the mid height for being comfortable enough for me (a non-heel wearer) to wear all day.

Thanks for the links, I don't know about the Chelsea style, just for my office not sure about it, though I love them, I've a couple of flat pairs for out of work. Not sure about the second style.

Just bought these, they are really comfy and look great with a dress & opaque tights. They were £81 in the sale.

Bought these in the autumn. They are warm and comfy & don't gape at the ankle so look good with skirts (my ankles are quite slim). They're quite expensive but I've worn them constantly through the winter and they still look as new.

Look at Jigsaw - nice shoe boots in sale and not sale... More court appropriate if necessary.
