2 questions - any ideas.

1. I am looking for new foundation/concealer to cover my bags and uneven skin tone. Where is the best place for foundation samples so I can try a few colours out in natural day light? I went to a department store yesterday to have a look round the make up counters but the orange glow coming from the ladies faces, made me re think my plans to ask them for advice

2. I am in desperate need of some new tops/jumpers. But nothing seems to fit well. I have tried all the local h and m, new look, Dorothy Perkins ect but they all seem to be cropped length, or shorter at the front than the back so the jumper sits outward from the chest looking like a tent. Sleeves too short or stitched in a way that twists round the shoulders just isn't a good fit. I am only 5ft6 and a 8/10 so I don't understand why I literally can't find anything. Any ideas even online that I can order?

I had a similar foundation dilemma and spurred on by a friend I approached the YSL counter. The assistants couldn't have been friendlier, knew immediately which foundation and shade would be best for my skin, applied some for me to see and sent me away with a small bottle of that shade to try at home, telling me to come back and buy when I was ready. I was pleased that there was no hard sell and of course I returned and purchased, and have returned to that counter since.

How about Boden for tops? I still get basics from there and returns are easy.
