Can a blonde be a clear winter?

I've searched the web but there's no decisive answer!

I have naturally blonde hair that is ash colored but that goes very blonde in the sun. My eyes are bright blue with flecks of grey. I am pale but do eventually tan, I have some color.

I look good in teal, emerald green, royal blue, turquoise and also hot pink.

What am I?!

I know of blonde winters - very rare but they do exist.

I think so yes, I'm sure it's the ash in the hair as this is cool, which means cool skin.
Winters are cool, do crystals or pastels suit you too, but purple and navy don't so much?
Or am I completely out?
Make up is also a clue if you wear sand or rose in the title.

I'm a dark ash blonde true winter, and I get very blonde vanilla streaks in summer. Was so surprised about my winterness that I went back a second time to check; the deciding factor was pastels vs ice tones, and the most important thing being cool rather than soft.

If you look your best in the colours you mention, plus can carry a pretty lively lipstick without looking odd then winter is a good bet. But getting a proper verdict is always best - cheaper in the long run too.

Hair colour doesn't always link with skin tone.

My mum spent many years thinking she was totally the "wrong" colours after having her colours done and they looked at her hair, paleness and nothing else. She felt they looked wrong but had been told otherwise, so just bought a lot of neutrals for decades.
Had them done again in her 50s with more focus on her skin - completely different profile!

Yes, I get plenty of blonde winters (I'm a House of Colour stylist).

I'm a clear winter, my hair is naturally the colour of a dead mouse but I get cream highlights and they really work, so I'm guessing if your hair is naturally that colour you'd still be a clear winter.

Hot pink doesn't fall into that pallette for me though, I'm navy, charcoal, black, burgundy, dark green, plus ice blue and that weird v pale yellow that suits nobody.

Purple and navy really suit me NewLife, I look dead in pastels.

What does this mean? I'm a Winter?

Is House of Colour just in the UK, Hopefully?

how on earth do i find out what i am please?

Don't know anything about seasons, but I also spent years wearing the wrong colours because I have strawberry blonde hair. I thought being a bit ginger meant I should wear warm autumnal colours, but got a prescriptive custom blend foundation and found out exactly how cool-toned my skin is. Was a bit but it totally changed my makeup colours and clothes colours, and I look much, much better for it

I'm afraid I don't know about the different types of each season, just the main bits.
I just read a book I picked up from a charity shop years ago, it was really good.
It just went over the basics which was enough for me.

I too am like you, look washed out in pastels, but some Winters suit the icy pastel type of shades. I suit navy, black, white, charcoal grey, true bright red, turquoise hot pink etc.

Maybe somebody could enlighten me as to the different types of winter, as I haven't a clue.

The make up really worked for me, I looked for rose or sand foundation and it made a huge improvement to my colour and looks really natural.

This is the foundation I use atm, obviously the consistency might not suit all as different skin types, but the colour looks so good on me, after years of searching for the right shade.

I used to wear a sand colour from Max factor.
