I know I have often moaned on here about companies who are rubbish at returns etc. Well I ordered a candle form Jo Malone on sunday and some perfume - it arrived today which was quick especially as free delivery.
Lovely packaging but the wrong candle had been sent. I phoned them and they have despatched the correct candle to arrive tomorrow and told me to keep the wrong one.
So pretty impressed!
