Name one item that makes you feel more stylish

I always feel a bit more stylish if I have a pair of boots on, even if flat. Just wondering what else makes other feels better about their appearance.

Designer bag and matching purse. Nice expensive looking jacket.

A silk scarf
It can smarten up anything

Boots here too. I always wear flag Chelsea boots through winter and invested in a Dr Martens pair this year and they make me feel so much more together. Also a good coat - bagged a gorgeous long camel coat in a vintage shop last year reduced to £15. It's cashmere and fits me perfectly!

Good jacket.

Oooh, for me, got to be beautifully painted nails.

Or a lovely coat.

Preferably the two together.

Lipstick and a colour on my hair. I know that's two but couldn't think of just one

Totally agree on the Dr Martens, but I do have a nice pair of Rocket Dog boots at the mo....I think its because they make me a couple cm taller.

Other than that my red lipstick from Illamasqua gives a good confidence boost.

Or freshly bleached hair. (It's naturally dark but bleached to within an inch of it's life to make it very close to white)

Earrings - not that they make me feel stylish as such, but I feel scruffy and "incomplete" if I leave the house without them.

This is going to sound very silly, but if I put on a "third piece" then I do automatically feel more stylish. Like a sleeveless jumper layered over something, or a nice jacket. Or a statement belt or scarf. It really works.

Heels not too high but am short of leg and just don't feel like I've made any effort in flats. Hair colour too.

I bought a faux fur hat from Tesco of all places and not looks fabulous, darling!

Sunglasses.

Freshly blow dried hair and my gorgeous buttery soft leather brown bomber jacket

A great pair of shades.

My dp got me some Isabel Marant boots for my birthday they were ridiculously expensive but I adore them and I wear them all the time. They seem to make my legs look longer and slimmer, I think I will actually go into mourning when they fall apart.

Size 8 jeans. I always feel more stylish when I'm thin.

Good lipstick or gloss. Properly blended eye make up.

Bright lipstick

Heels.... A nice pair of lovely high heels. Makes even the dullest outfit chic and sassy.

Perfume. I feel more "done".

A dramatic long coat. You can be covered in shit underneath. No-one knows.

Good boots or shoes.

I always think a nice scarf is a boost. Well fitting clothes, if you can find them!
