Can you recommend a good nail polish brand?

I bite my nails. Blush I'm trying very hard to stop and find if I paint them, I am less likely to nibble them.
I have a few nail polishes (not many because they are usually too short to paint!) but when I got them out the other day, they are rather old and claggy/gloopy now so I want to treat myself to some new ones.
I'd like a gel-like one (but not gel) and have tried a Lottie London one from Superdrug which is fab. But I don't really like the range of colours they do, I've got a lovely dark red and that's the only one that appeals. I have an essie one which I don't like and a Leighton Denny one which was ok but didn't last long.

You won't regret the Seche Vite - I wouldn't use anything else now. Make sure you read the instructions; you don't apply it like regular top coat, you have to put it on while your polish is still wet.

I went to Sephora to buy an OPI nail polish in dark blue today but thought this one looked better. Never heard of "Formula X" before but it's thick with great coverage, and the color is great, too. Thought I'd share.
