Work shirts (sorry, a bit dull)

I don't like my tummy or bum. So I bought long shirts. Too long! And cotton. I look ike baggage.

What am I looking for? And where can I get it??

Kind of lower than hip length? In 'soft' material?

Oh...size 16, with upper arms which are a bit chunky also
