Been using this for a couple of weeks and it doesn't seem to be doing anything? I put it on last thing at night after hot cloth cleansing and cetaphil lotion, but no change come the morning Confused Can I possibly have mucked up something so simple as spot cream?? Hmm

I used this years ago and there were different strengths. I ended up with the heavy duty stuff which really stung (in a good way!)

Maybe it's not strong enough for you? Did you get it in prescription?

By cetaphil lotion do you mean moisturiser? As I would put the panoxyl on after washing face and before moisturising (but with short breaks in between to let it sink in/dry).

Also it will work best to treat/prevent if you put it very lightly all over your face, except eye circles of course. Might take longer than 2 weeks - 6 weeks is meant to be the minimum to see changes with anything like this.

Disclaimer; I haven't used Panoxyl but I have used Duac, another benzoyl peroxide cream.

I got it over the counter, it's 10% strength. Might try the all over face tactic!

Pic attached of the Cetaphil I use, tbh I did just pick whichever cetaphil moisturiser, not sure of the differences.

Ok, just wasn't sure if you meant a moisturiser or a second cleanser. I've never seen all the products Cetaphil do, I always have to order them into my Boots :/

I am not sure about the all over face thing if it's 10%. The one I use is 3% and I've read that stronger doesn't necessarily mean better with BP. I think it can be more irritating though. I wouldn't want to cause your face to fall off! Grin

But it should defo go on before moisturiser.
