Havianas sizing

DD is after a pair of havianas, she is a size 3/3.5 with narrow feet. The website I have been looking at sells 2-3 or 4-5 and I 'm not sure what to go for. How do they generally come up size wise

I'm a size 3 and tried on some I Costco and they were huge.

They also do a slim range which are narrower and have thinner soles and straps. They might be suitable for your daughter. I've had havianas for years now and have always found them true to size, regular and slim versions. My daughter now has them and we buy her shoe size. They're not as long lasting as they used to be though. My oldest pair is 12 years old and still going strong!

I am a 6 or 39. The 6-7 or whatever size it is is too big. Size down. But not massively.

I have long (size 8) narrow feet and I get the slim ones and they fit perfectly, I have about 4 pairs and they never wear out.

Size down in my opinion but it depends on how you like to wear them . I.e with a surround on your foot or your foot right to the edge . I'm size 4 and always size down to the 3-4 ( you can get them) I live in them in the summer and have bought tonnes over the years .

I'm a 4 and the 4 are huge on me.

GreatAuntLavinia · 20/01/2016 17:25

Size one down I'd say. I'm between a 38 and 39 (UK size) usually, but my Havaianas are a 37 - 38. I've tried the size, but they look big and flappy (even on my fat feet).

MoreGilmoreGirls · 20/01/2016 17:27

Def size down. I'm a 3 and 3s are big on me.

Scoopmuckdizzy · 20/01/2016 17:29

I would agree with sizing down.

This summer will be their 4th and they're still in great condition!

Brazilian 39/40 is EUR 40/41. Many pairs have BR, US and EU sizes stamped on them. I'm 40.5 with long slim feet and BR 39/40 is just right for me. The slim ones are my favorites.
