Looking at this, there seems to be a big difference between 18, 16, and 14 but not so much with 18, 20, 22.

How about in real life?

It's been ages since I last bought DP.

The sizing is generally ok, but the fabrics can make the sizing willy nilly.

Some of the jeggings from there are unwearable as they have so much elastic that they're fine to try on in the shop but after 1 hour they are a baggy saggy mess.

Probably similar to Next and M&S, a bit on the large side,

I find the sizing there very generous - as Miracle said, like M&S. Though not quite as madly generous like Gap.
The jeans and jeggings also stretch massively, virtually as soon as you put them on.

I think the sizing is very big. I have a size 6 top from Dorothy P and I am NOT a size 6.
