Big, baggy and puffy eyes...

What is the best under eye concealer that is not too pricey? I am fair-medium skin and I am 44. Need something to make me look like I am awake...

The Collection Lasting Perfection one is good for the money. Buy a shade lighter than you normally would if you are trying to camouflage bags. Wayne Goss has a YouTube video on how you do this. It only works for slight bags though, really, concealer being more of a dark circle solution.

The collection one gets great reviews on here but didn't suit me. I haven't found anything to beat loreal touche magique.

I've been having chemo for the last four months and look like the incredible hulk when I wake up, coupled with puffy baggy eyes. Awful. Anyway got Benefit Puff Off in my Birchbox a few weeks ago and it has worked a treat at making me looking somewhat normal again.
