Another bag thread - How long should a £500 handbag last?

How long would you expect a c.£500 handbag to last, if used most days for work?

Something like this for example:

Alternatively, can anyone recommend any other good bags (£500 or under). Does not need to be designer, and I would like to avoid any obvious logos or designer branding. Must be real leather.

Five years plus if properly looked after. I have a couple of Smythson bags which are still going strong after that time with near daily wear for work. They are lovely quality and quite simple with no obvious branding - worth a look. Most expensive bag designers will repair your bags if they get damaged.
