Avene water spray

Does anyone use this daily as their spray toner after cleansing? I like the feel of a spray after my shower and I like how it makes moisturiser spread and absorb but all of the ones I've tried have really irritated my skin. Is this one any good and does it hydrate or is it just water iyswim

I'm pretty sure it's just water. To assist your moisturiser a spritz with a humectant like glycerin or hyaluronic acid would work. Basically just any decanted toner without alcohol but with one of those ingredients. The Body Shop do aloe, vitamin E in a spray, vitamin C, all lovely.

It is just water and it won't hydrate. There are other products for that like hydraluron or a serum.

But my skin is better when I use it. I can see the difference when I run out and it's a few days before I can get more, I think it has a soothing effect as I've also found it very good for rashes and sunburn. It could be the fineness of the spray rather than the water. I don't know, it makes zero sense but it works for me.

Hmm don't know what to do lol. If it makes skin better I want it ha ha

Nice when it's hot but does bugger all to your skin. I went through a large can and two mini ones and it really doesn't do anything (IME).
