Electric toothbrush for sensitive gums

Does anyone have any recs for an electric toothbrush that's not too harsh on thin sensitive gums? Also I have dental implants. Tia

Some have a gentle setting to use while your gums are getting used to the electric toothbrush, but the gums will harden off as long as you persist. Battery powered models are lower strength. I would always suggest Braun/Oral B in preference to Philips, mainly because Philips brushes are a) expensive and b) not much cop.
