What to wear with this dress?

My husband bought me this dress for Christmas and I'm looking for inspiration for what to wear with it to complement it. I'd like to wear it to a wedding in February so looking for shoe and jacket ideas.

I suggested a grey cashmere cardigan / bolero to a colleague but she said that would make the dress seem more casual than it is.

Any ideas most welcome! Thinking of nude shoes but not sure if they'd be too summery.
