Good eye make up remover?

I'm using Garnier one and it's not great. Seems to leave mascara behind even though it's not waterproof! I take make up off before bed but wake up with panda eyes !!
Can you recommend a really thorough eye make up remover?

Clinique Rinse-Off. Every time.

Aquamarine70 · 12/01/2016 07:00

Simple is very good & doesn't irritate my eyes.

ohdearlord · 12/01/2016 07:01

Clinique take the day off - the remover. I haven't tried the cleansing milk one.

HippyPottyMouth · 12/01/2016 07:06

I bought two bottles of the crappy garnier one and have had to add a dollop of baby oil. Nivea double effect was recommended by loads of people on a beauty Facebook group.

Lancôme Bi facil...I've been using it for about 15 years and won't use anything else. It dissolves waterproof eye makeup. My eyes are quite sensitive, I wear contacts and it's really soothing.

Used to use Clinique take the day off which was great. But have now found Nivea double effect which is just as good and half the price.

I don't use an eye make up remover but use super drug vitamin e hot cloth clense which removes all makeup. Buy some decent flannels (I have a clean one every morning).

La Roche Posey physiological cleanser. It's like magic, just dissolves any mascara without even having to wipe your eye, a splash of water is enough.

OvertiredandConfused · 12/01/2016 14:31

I'm a recent convert to Tropic and the cleanser is just fab. Removes all my make-up, including waterproof mascara and 24 hour lipstick. Skin is better than it's been in years too

Thanks everyone. Will give these a go!

The Lancôme one is fab

No 7 one that you shake to mix the two liquids together is great for waterproof / hard to shift mascara. (As is the very lovely Claris equivalent, which is sadly out of my current price range).

LotsOfShoes · 12/01/2016 19:17

The l'oreal one that you shake and mix is the best i've tried and a good price.

Bluecheese22 · 12/01/2016 19:38

I love Body Shop Camomile cleansing balm, highly recommend it.

LRP

I just use vegetable oil. Every other I have tried has either made a mess, not worked or made my eyes sting, so I gave up trying them and use that. Coconut oil or normal vegetable oil (rapeseed etc). Olive oil doesn't work very well.
