Who makes reasonably priced silk/cotton clothes?

I have developed a reaction to artificial fibres - clothes in acrylic/viscose etc and overheat. I also get really sweaty.

I've taken to wearing silk, cotton or linen tops to work with slim leg trousers - has anyone found shops selling stylish ones at a reasonable price?

I've bought a couple of silk shirts in TKMaxx for great prices in the last three months. One plain cream and one a mid-blue with butterfly print. Monsoon sale usually has some too.
