I have a gold broach my grandparents bought back from South America where they worked (40 years ago). It's my name written on a narrow gold bar. It's not hall marked and has become pretty worn. I was thinking about having new gold plating and the broach fitting swapped for a chain.

But a name necklace is rather 1990s SATC and now naff isn't it?
