What to wear with these shoe boots

As the title says, although the they are heeled brogues? Shoe boots? I love them, have wore them with knitted tights and a skirt, opaque tights and a skirt. What would you wear them with?

eBay. Think I paid about £5 including postage. They are 'salt and pepper' though?Never heard of that make.
