I need a good conditioner for my dry hair

That doesnt cost ££££ a bottle.

My hair is long, prone to frizz (managed okay with frizzease) and is really, really dry. I have used Elemis, Kerastase and they are good, but so expensive and I just cant justify paying out for them on a tight budget.

So, any suggestions?

My hair gets dry and I'm on a budget. I find Dove instant repair with keratin is good also I love Mark Hill miracle oil-icious (boots) intensive conditioner. If you have time, comb conditioner through, put on a shower cap and towel and leave for couple hours. Try a once weekly oil treatment as well, and try an oil or serum (i like elvive) when wet before drying. good luck!

Many posters will recommend Coconut oil or Aragan oil (prices vary loads)

I bought some Lush R&B recently which is really good on my short dyed hair, I use as a leave in overnight mask then rinse it out.

And some Shea Moisture shampoo and conditioner from Boots (on special offer at the moment) which smells alot like Aveda but much more moisturising.
