Can you return items from John Lewis at other store?

I bought a jumper from Oasis in John Lewis. The cardigan clearly has an Oasis label. I was given it in an Oasis bag. The receipt has John Lewis on it. I want to refund/exchange to different size. There isn't a John Lewis near me but there is an Oasis. Does anyone know if they'll do the refund/exchange for me?

No they won't. They will only allow this in oasis store. You could go into oasis store without receipt and ask to exchange, however if it's gone down in sale you will only get that price.

John Lewis might give u a credit note.

John Lewis will refund it with a receipt but I don't think oasis will give you money back on a John Lewis receipt!

Tried the jumper on at home and it looks so much better than it did in the tiny fitting rooms in John Lewis so will be keeping it. Thanks for the replies.
