Cup size to big - help me make a sensible exchange please

I've lost some weight (yay!) and am now a 32F in my preferred brand. However, I ordered a bra online by a different make and the cup is too big, 32 band fits fine.
So in order to make an exchange that makes sense, what size would the wise MN bra interventionialists suggest? 34E? Stick with 32 band and ask for E cup??
It's a Triumph Amourette 300 if that makes any difference.

If the band fits stick to the 32 and go down a cup size.
You have tried it on back to front and given it a yank haven't you.

Oh, yes, I've yanked and jiggled and leant forward and jiggled a bit more Grin - I'm a fully paid-up member of the Great MN Bra Intervention.

It's a feather full-cupped bra, not my usual balconette number, and the top half of the cup is, well, half empty Grin

Feather??! Confused

"Rather" - rather full-cupped

You may need to stick to balconette styles or put feathers in the top half Grin

Yes, feathers would help Grin

Well, this one is going back, pretty bra but looks v v sad on me Sad

I'm a 30ff and can't do full cups at all, I could put the contents of my sock drawer in the top! My go to bras are cleo maddie and bravsimmo satine if it helps

StatisticallyChallenged · 10/01/2016 15:25

It may well be that the style just isn't for you - I'd try the 32E, but if you have bottom heavy breasts then a full cup might just not work.

Yes might be the shape of your boobs - mine are the same post-children. Happily balconettes give me a much better shape.
