I can't decide. I'd probably be wearing them with chord or denim skirt and chunky knit tights.

And I'd be buying them in the dark brown colour.

Quite ugly and clumpy. Think it's the heel.

Depends what for - perfect for clomping around the park in the rain, but not so much for work/pub.

They are ok but I prefer them in black to the dark brown.

They look practical, comfy and I think would work well with the outfit you describe or over leggings/ long top combo.

I like them alot! For every day wear. You cant beat Merril for comfort if you do a lot of walking. I think they'd be fab with skinny jeans too.

Yes they are quite pirate-y now that you've pointed it out and yet strangely it still hasn't put me off them.

Still undecided, I think I'm going to buy them and try them on and then decide. They're not for wearing out anywhere nice. I've got skinny calves so suspect my legs may look like a twig in a bucket in them anyway.

I ordered these earlier in the season & then sent them back because they were ugly & also not waterproof.

Was after them for dog walking.
