if I like these foundations, which others could I try?

Hi! Looking for some new foundations to try as my skin has slightly changed since having my DS.

Used to use MAC studio fix fluid, Lancôme Teint Miracle or Revlon Colorstay but they are all a bit too drying for me now. Not unwearable, but I'm interested in trying something new. Any ideas?

Thank you Smile

i've just started using Nars tinted moisturiser. It is amazing, better than any foundation I've ever used.

Sounds like you prefer a decent amount of coverage so I'm not sure a tinted moisturiser will be any use. I'd suggest Dior Star, good buildable coverage but more dewy finish than your old foundations. Another good one is Clinique beyond perfect, great coverage but again a dewy finish.

RJnomore1 · 08/01/2016 22:36

Yeah I like Clinique I don't find them too drying.

Noooo Nars stuff v good coverage, but light.

Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk
Nars Sheer Glow
Chanel Perfection Lumiere
Mac Studio Sculpt (similar coverage to Studio Fix, but better texture, almost gel-like, and doesn't oxidise)

Ooh thank you, thank you, thank you! I've heard of a few of those mentioned and I will definitely go to the counters and have a play about.

Nars Sheer Glow is my must have, also Channel vitaluminere is great.

I have just bought Clinique Lazer Repair and keep stroking my face it feels so lovely!

It softens lines, is not drying, but fairly full coverage. I always found Clinique too harsh/drying before, but this is great.

I'm currently using dior star which is fine but will be going back to my usual chanel vitalumiere. Have yet to find anything better than this.
