Just went to check sales returns for a blouse I've been stalking and it seems they were placed into administration on the 5th January. I finally got a refund on something I'd returned at the beginning of December a couple of days previously so I must have just dodged a bullet there!

Again?!

I would never buy from them again after I had to fight for a refund last year.

I think they never found their core market. A lot of their offerings were Scandi high street stuff - available everywhere where I live - and that is a really crowded and competitive market.

Snap Primal Not surprised. They were lovely at the beginning but by they time they launched their own line they had really lost their way- their own label stuff was all naff polyester.

Oh bollocks, I am waiting for a refund from them of £80

What a shame. I liked some of their stuff. Hope people get their refunds ok but it's usually tricky in these situations.

I was lucky then, just got my refund last week. That's a real shame. I got some lovely stuff there. No one I know had ever heard of it, their brand wasn't v strong.

Uh oh, I just ordered from them though and they shipped out immediately. I like them, shame if true.

I placed an order with them on Monday which was delivered on Tuesday. Got my sale bargains in the nick of time. Good job it all fits..!

I love some of their things but never ordered as i had heard on here that there were huge issues with returns and customer services. That is a shame.

Bugger! They were meant to refund me £55 and have only deposited £15.

Really angry worse for people who have lost their jobs I know, but I posted back £100 worth of stuff on 31 Dec and have no refund! Anyone know if I'm covered with PayPal? Should have used a credit card....

I would put a claim in anyway jetsetsleepless. Just open a dispute. If your paypal account is linked to your credit card, even better. You have nothing to lose tbh.

Or try and phone them.

Returned almost £300 worth of clothes on the day they folded - argh!

Hi Bellebelle - I'm waiting to hear from Paypal re my claim...will let you know what they say. If you used a credit card you're ok - especially since it was over £100. Not keen on emailling them re being a creditor as may only get back a portion. Very frustrating!

Delighted to report Paypal have refunded me the full amount!! Was sceptical of their buyer protection but I was completely wrong - wonderful customer services too - one happy paypal-er :)

That's good news JetSet, I've sent everything off to Barclaycard to try and get my refund, fingers crossed!
