I contacted my NHS dentist to ask about teeth bleaching. They quoted me £500 and said that I would need to have moulds taken and that a tray would be made in which I would apply the bleach and wear it every day for 2 hours at home for 10-20 days.
I then contacted another local dentist (who tend to do a lot more cosmetic work than my dentist) and they have quoted me £199 for what sounds like the exact same process.
Can anyone explain to me why there could be such a difference in prices? I don't want to waste £199 if it's not really going to work.
