Hush leather wrap skirt

Does anyone have it?
Is it really short and revealing?
Really like it but it looks quite short. That really puts me off. Just wondered what it was like in real life?

Sizewise am I right in thinking things generally come up quite big? I've got my eye on a jacket ... thanks :)

That's what I've heard - their sizing is generous apparently. I'm waiting on the size 10 leather skirt which I think will be too big, but worth a try as no size 8s left.

Well i ordered the yeti cardigan in s/m. I have the lovely yeti jumper in blue and i love it and wear it loads. I also bought a blue jersey dress. Its meant to be huge so advised to go down 2 sizes. We will see how it all pans out....

Yes,there are a number of things not on sale including the leather skirt. Its out of stock now in most sizes too.

I ordered a dress, but mostly think the sale is rubbish. The discounts aren't great for the things I had my eye on, not much different to the presale. I'm a little bored of Hush, besides their long vests I've never had anything of great quality from them.

yes the pre sale annoyed me - why not get on with it and go on sale proper - everyone else is! And as you say not great discounts in the sale ...

I think its like most of these branded goods. They are selling an image. I guess they are aiming their things at 20 somethings judging by the length of some of their skirts which i am clearly not! I did wonder what all the fuss was about really but really love the trousers i have from there with the elasticated waist. They are wide legs and super comfy. Sadly, due to weight loss the 12's are beginning to look rather large but i can still get away with them for work for now. I also have the baby alpaca jumper in lilac. Its ok but i have to say doesnt really go with much that i have so i dont wear it that often. Hopefully it will look nice with the leather skirt. The thing i am most excited about getting is the yeti cardigan. I have the yeti jumper in blue and i adore it. It looks so good and i love the colour. If they do it in another colour next year, i'm buying it!!! They did it in black last year but didnt really go on the website. The pre-sale pissed me off but i have to say the things i bought from the sale were reduced by quite a bit. The yeti cardigan was only £30 from £75 and the dress i got was £35 [dropped waisted beautiful blue quilted type on] I love that bright blue jewel colour as Its a bit different to what i have in my wardrobe!!!
The thing that also gets me is that some colours are not reduced. The shirt dress [ i had tried this on] was only reduced in the burgundy. Not a colour that i particularly like. The biker coated skinny jeans were all gone :( Oh well. Maybe worth looking out for returns going back on?

So the leather wrap mini arrived and a) it's very short and b) it fits more like an 8 than a 10. I'm saying all of this with the added complication that I'm 31 weeks pregnant so I can't actually tell what it would look like normally, but I have measured against my shortest mini skirt and it's shorter than that. Well mine arrived too and its teeny tiny in length and in fit. Its going back. Its also quite delicate so not sure it will last. Its beautiful leather but i will never slim to that amount!!! I am glad in a way that you found it small fitting. I felt a little bit depressed!

Its even smaller in the waist than one of the 10's that i have. Its most definetly smaller in the waist than any 12 I own. I was thinking mine looked more like an 8 too!!

The skirt you linked to is nice. I was looking for something more A-line and everything I look at seems ultra short!

That's the thing! I really like the style and look of the leather - it's perfect. But any thoughts of wearing it with bare legs and a Breton in summer...well, it's just not going to happen! I might keep an eye out for your size 12 being returned !

Beth on the Style Guile blog has the H&M one and I think Susie So So has it too. It looks good on them and is a decent length. The Jigsaw one you mentioned before is also gorgeous. My friend has it and has worn it loads.

The jigsaw one is exactly what i am looking for. I wish they would bloody reduce it! I keep looking at it. It would be perfect. Its just so expensive and not sure I can justify it. I may buy it when i get the refund through for the hush one.

Ooooh that skirt looks great on Beth!!!! Im tempted!!! HM sizes can also be a hit or a miss though.

Well my yeti cardigan and laura dress come through tomorrow. Im sure the yeti cardigan will be fine. Not sure about the laura dress. We will see...I will report back!

HI Green , Hope you are well, glad to see you are still at it! I went for the Fire parka in the pre-sale , its going straight back , huge and not that nice . Am a bit disappointed in Hush sale so far

Hi laska Yes, still here!!! It has been disappointing. I have no experience of their other sales. Is this one really crap? Do they normally really reduce things?

6407 gives free delivery at H&M so I'm going to order the 10 (they tend to come up small I find so I'm usually a 10 in there).

If you are an 8 then maybe you could get this. Its gorgeous but sold out in most sizes
