What to wear with harem pants

not quite harem but the baggy next pants with tight ankles
I find trousers tricky because I have narrow hips and not much arse
Trousers fall down and I hate belts
These looked ok in the shop but I can't find anything to put with them. I guess not too baggy unless I want to look like a sack of spuds but the right length top too

I would wear them with a fitted jumper or Henley top, bomber-type jacket and hi-tops.

Hush manage to style them pretty well on their website. Might be worth a look.

My dd wears them with either crop tops, vest tops, or fitted tops that go just below the waist. With converse. And a little jacket style coat she has.
