I can't decide

This one http://www.marksandspencer.com/luxury-hooded-belted-towelling-dressing-gown/p/p22416206 48% cotton

Or this http://www.marksandspencer.com/hooded-island-fleece-dressing-gown/p/p22414927 in grey. super soft but 95% polyester

I've got both and need to talk one back

2nd 1. White never stays clean here.

Underdogsbollocks · 29/12/2015 21:10

I'm confused, I have the first one and use it as a bath robe but the second one looks more like what I use as my dressing gown to keep warm?

Onlyonamonday · 29/12/2015 21:12

Preferring the dark one .. White one reminds me of a hotel complementary one.🎄

CointreauVersial · 29/12/2015 21:29

Don't keep the white one. PITA to keep clean.

Wouldn't you prefer something in 100% cotton? Polyester makes for a super-soft feel, but it does feel sweaty/clammy, especially if you use it as a bathrobe.

variousthings · 29/12/2015 21:33

The link is to a dark one but it's actually pale grey in colour

Yes would prefer cotton but they seem few and far between

Would never wear while wet though

John Lewis have lots of cotton ones. Also House of Fraser.

(I know this because I've just been on the hunt for a dressing gown myself).

variousthings · 30/12/2015 10:51

Thanks for the John Lewis tip but I have these now and I can't be bothered to do any more shopping!

I've decided to keep the pale grey one. It's longer and bigger.

Second one defo

The grey one looks nicer but I wouldn't get a polyester dressing gown, it'll make you sweat.

White company have some lovely cotton ones in their sale.
