Next Necklace - catch query

Has anyone bought a necklace from the AW15 collection from Next. DH got me one and the catch stays open, so you have to remember to close it once you've got it in the link - is this normal now or should they still spring closed like I'm used to? I keep forgetting and finding it slipping down into my cleavage? If it should spring close it's going back as I'm scared I will lose it

They should spring back if it's a standard clasp. Take it in and ask. Make sure you have the receipt in case it went in their sale!

I have one that does this - cuts a safety feature, apparantly. Also from Next. It's not an everyday necklace so I just make sure I double check that it's closed. I suspect next are importing necklaces from somewhere weird.

Whooop, they refunded it! Yipppeeeee can replace it with one I will wear.
