Neckline for Big Build with Small Chest

Hi,

I'm a big girl (size 14-ish, 5'8") but unfortunately have flat chest.

What neckline should I be looking into?

V-necks look horrible on me. I found out today sweetheart necklines also make my non-existent chest seem even more non-existent.

I have big arms, rectangle/brick shape with good legs.

Size 14 at 5'8" is not big.

I'm the same height as you, and what is described as an 'athletic build' (small chest, broad shoulders, no waist but compensatory good legs and bum). I go for boat necks, slash necks and high round necks. I haven't got anything to put into a v neck, so I don't bother.

I share your views on sweetheart necklines!

^^ same here. Crew and boat necks look best.

Wide strap vests, halternecks (with wide straps, not flimsy) Ruffles.

Stay away from seams / boxy tops / Blazers.
