long brown/tan leather boots

My lovely old clarks boots have started to fall apart so need replacing. I thought I'd be able to pick up a bargain in the sale but had no success so far.

I need a size 9, wide calf (or some stretch), long calf (I have long calf so mid calf look ridiculous), a low heel and preferably some grip on the sole so I don't go flying on a frosty day. And I'd like them in brown/tan leather.

Am I asking too much? Can anyone help please?

Also I have some much loved boots similar to the ones you describe which came from Topshop in the post-Christmas sale 2 years ago (not sure whether they stock size 9, though...no doubt you could check online).
