She is so upset as the hair does not seem to be growing back.
Want a natural look, but when she tries its like a huge dark caterpillar.
Any advice on prodcts/techniques?

Use a brush rather than an eye pencil.

There are loads of tutorials on Instagram about doing eyebrows.

The Face Shop's Design My Eyebrow retractable pencil looks pretty natural and cheap.
