dD has overplucked her eyebrows. Help on best way to fill them in!

She is so upset as the hair does not seem to be growing back.
Want a natural look, but when she tries its like a huge dark caterpillar.
Any advice on prodcts/techniques?

Use a brush rather than an eye pencil.

Rimmel have a really great powder in boots. It's £3.99 and comes in a light eyebrow kit or a dark one.
