Sam Edelman Petty sizing

Just ordered these in my normal size but then seen a few reviews saying size down. Anyone have any experience of the sizing? I'm a uk 6 and my feet are fairly wide (not too bad).

I'm a UK 6 and I got 8.5 in these.

I am a uk 7 and got a 7 in these. They were fine length wise but felt a little tight width wise- that eased off after a morning wearing them in the house though and now they're perfect.

Thanks! We'll see, looks as if they're sold out in the smaller size and they do look quite narrow so I'm thinking my slightly wide feet will probably need the 6.
