Top cream eyeshadow

Looking for the ULTIMATE warm light brown cream eye-shadow - one to slap on in the morning and not have crease for ages. A bit of sparkle okay but not too discordancy.

So far tried maybelline eye tattoo in leather (great but a bit cool and find the pot annoying to dip fingers into), a peachy clinique one (vg but too light) and a korean one that is nice but dries so quickly it's hard to blend.

Laura Mercier ones in a tube always look interesting but a bit funny colours?

Basically whatever you'd stick on in the morning before work/school run to hide red eyelids without the palaver of eyeshadow base and brushes and powder shadow etc.

I use Maybelline colour tattoo in creamy beige or No 7 cream eyeshadow in nude (this one is with a wand applicator).

PUGaLUGS · 24/12/2015 07:30

The Bobbi Brown ones in the pot. I wear them every day and it still looks fresh by the end of the day.

polyhymnia · 25/12/2015 09:26

Definitely the Bobbi Briwn cream ones. Lovely texture and range of subtle colours.

Estée Lauder pure color envy in Ivory Power. Gorgeous. Really wearable shades and the shadows are so pigment rich; they don't crease and look lovely on. I got a new one from dh as part of Christmas present, he's a good egg.

Benefit ones, birthday suit & my two cents are pretty good. They also come in the Most Glamorous Nudes set which is pretty good value.

Saurus72 · 25/12/2015 12:02

I third Bobbi Brown, amazing staying power and amazing value for money as one small pot lasts about 10 months with daily use.

mac groundwork

so easy to just smudge it on

I bought a Younique palatte off a friend before Christmas didn't expect much, her son is poorly and she's had to stop working. Bought it just to support her however the eye shadow really suits my skin.

Put it on in the morning and when I'm taking it off before going to bed at 11pm its still perfect. I'd tried so many but for some reason this doesn't crease. I'd heard loads of dodgy reports and stuff that the make up wasn't good but the eye shadow is great.

I love Benefit cream shadows. No Pressure is a good everyday brown.

tethersend · 26/12/2015 10:33

Bobby brown cream eyeshadow sticks are great.

sooperdooper · 26/12/2015 10:41

I love the Clinique eye crayons - but going to try out some of these recommendations next time I need new colours!

No 7 cream eyeshadows from boots are pretty good and they quite often have offers or vouchers for £3 off. Don't think I've paid more than £7 for one.
