Weird little spots on my cheeks... How do I get rid of them??

Hi all - would really appreciate some help please! I've had one or two of these over the years but at the moment I seem to have tons of them! They're almost like blackheads, slightly raised and white but no head and you can't squeeze anything out... No idea what they are but how do I get rid of them?? I use Witch products that work a dream for my normal pimples but these are stumping me

I don't have a massive budget so not too expensive preferably!

Sounds like milia. I get them from products that are too rich for my skin type, particularly eye creams. Mine go away eventually on their own but you can also have them professionally extracted.
