NYE Dress Help Please

What do you think of this for NYE do at a restaurant? 44, 5 foot 2 size 8 but massively swollen abdomen due to gynae probs, look about 5 /6 months pregnant. Having surgery on 22nd Dec so possibly swelling may be worse:(
Have got loose trousers and nice tunic tops but feel as though have been wearing variations on that theme for months now and having hysterectomy early next year so more of the same really - want to dress up for once!

I think it's lovely. A pair of nice heels and a twinkle in your eye and you'll look gorgeous x

prettykittyfashion.co.uk - need to get a petticoat too for the shape, going to go for a size 10 to be safe, can always get it altered when fully recovered :)

The dress is gorgeous, and should be flattering on your belly too. Looks like it comes in higher up so should still be comfortable if your swelling is worse. Hope you have a fab time!
