can an eternity ring be resized?

I have been given a beautiful eternity ring but it's too small, I'd say by 2 sizes (it's a ring that's been in the family). Does anyone know if it can be resized? It has diamonds all the way around. I'll be so upset if it can't be resized!

Sadly it's unlikely to be able to be resized if it's a full eternity ring. If there's a lot of metal on the inside it can sometimes be filed down to make the ring a bit bigger but it's dependant on there being enough spare metal there without damaging the structure of the ring. Generally full eternity rings can't be resized, can you wear it on a necklace instead?
