what will tighten up puffy eyes for night out tomorrow?

Not been sleeping well,and now under my eyes looks puffy (I look dreadful actually) Have a very rare night out tomorrow, is there a product I use to de-puff? Not too spendy if possible....

Cold teabags, cucumber, drink lots water.
Concealer.
Expensive potions are a waste ime

Tea spoon in the freezer, warm it up slightly in your hands so it's not too icy, hold over your eyes just behind you put your make up on.

Any eye cream that contains caffeine.
