Shampoo for hard water area

We live in a hard water area and it makes my hair so flat. My hair is fine and straight so it's hard enough to get any volume in as it is.
Can anyone recommend a hard water shampoo please?

Why not fit a water softener? it would mean no limescale anywhere in the house.

We're moving house in the new year, so I'd rather not do anything like that.

I have this problem too so I really feel your pain! Area H20 shapoo from Amazon is good but ££ at £17.50 from Amazon. The other thing that works for me is a final rinse with cider vinegar in the water.
