Bra intervention, please!

After 5 years of pregnancy/bfeeding, I am desperate for some bras which actually fit! I know my old size isn't right any more, but what size am I?!

I was going to pop into M&S but I think they have a less than stellar reputation these days for proper fitting!

Can anyone help either with directions how to do it myself, or which shops do it well? I'm in central London.

Thanks Flowers

Bravissimo if you're a larger cup size; otherwise, Rigby and Peller. M and S still do the old fashioned measure and add 4/5 inches etc and you usually end up with too big in the back bras as a result.

Thank you both. I don't actually have a tape measure (other than a metal DIY thingy, which I doubt is the answer). Any reason I can't use a bit of ribbon and then stretch the ribbon out on the metal tape measure?

That should work well enough. It's only to give you a starting point anyway.

BTW, Bravissimo isn't just for bigger cup sizes. The stock bras from a 28D which isn't big at all.
