I bought a brow gel (like Benefit Gimme Brow) from a friend who has just started selling Younique. It's in a cheap-looking tube, the wand is very narrow and fragile-looking, and the product is shite.

I kind of knew it would be.... won't be buying any more, no matter where in the pyramid my pal is!

My acquaintance sells Younique and she posts videos and pics that make the products look awesome. I don't wear makeup but I've often looked at pics of her in the products and been impressed at how different lipsticks suit her or how the mascara makes the eyelashes look much longer and spidery.

I'm another one with a friend who sells it and she looks lovely. However, she's 24 and I'm 44 so no amount of wonder mascara or lip stain will make me look like her!

IMO it's very cheap drugstore makeup sold at an extortionate markup.

I was given a catalogue by an acquaintance, from memory the BB creams and foundations were £40+, price wise that's up there with Lancome/Estee Lauder etc. I know where I'd rather spend my money tbh, Lancome foundation has never let me down yet! I just don't see how they can compare or compete with brands that have years of research and experience behind them.

I think you have confirmed to me what I already suspected. I'll stick with Mac! Bobby Brown and Sleek!

Yeah I thought it was another Avon-type thing until I saw they were charging the same as Mac/nars! Ouch! I know which is rather stick with. Can't comment on the quality I'm afraid
