So... What's the best method of dealing with an unwanted tache?

I have/ had PCOS so that's probably what's going on. My skin is fair and the hairs are fairly dark (like my arms and eyebrows)

Personally I'd investigate having laser for it. You have the perfect combination of place skin and dark hair. Got to be the best long terms solution. I looked into it but sadly I am fair with lots of fair hairs so its Veet for me!

I am rather miffed that it's started to grow back as stubble now.
Wish I'd left it alone. :(
