Hiya I have natural red hair altho it's not very light red, has anyone any experience of using this on red hair and if so did it work? :-) xx

I'm afraid it didn't work for me. I gave it quite a few goes too. I'd be interested to hear if any other redheads had any luck though!

Why does the hair colour make a difference?

You need to have enough dark pigment in the hair for it to work. Blondes, redheads and those with grey or white hair don't have the necessary pigment so there's nothing for the laser to work with.
