Winter Coat for Hourglass - HELP

Please help.

I am 5.2", size 14. Large of bust and hip. Small of waist.

I would ideally like something waterproof and with a hood. I need the waist to be fitted or else I look humongous. Length preferably mid thigh.

Or if anyone can tell me a coat that would suit my shape, please let me know. I am open to suggestions.

I have a parka at the moment, which has drawstrings at the waist - but it doesn't make me look any better - its still too baggy and makes me look 5x bigger than I am.

Please please help me. I have no idea where to find this coat!

Have you tried a wrap type coat?

Oh my. That's really nice. That could be the one.

I am 5ft2 too and can't do belts, they cut me in two. I have a jack wolfskin iceguard which I absolutely love.
